Textile Upper The adidas Fabela X hockey shoes are constructed with a lightweight textile upper which ensures a glove-like fit while synthetic overlays placed on top offer extra defences against water and impact from the ball. An inner sock conforms and hugs the foot for a comfortable fit, meanwhile, the padded tongue and collar enhance step-in comfort. Finishing off the upper is the traditional lace closure which ensures a secure and personalised fit, reducing the risk of any distractions the laces might cause. BOOST Midsole adidas take cushioning to new heights with their ultra-responsive midsole. Tiny TPU capsules are moulded together to form a platform that is different to standard, solid foams; absorbing energy and then expelling it back out for a bounce-like effect.
